My Approach
The Power of a Passion
From a young age, I pushed myself to try new baking techniques for the sake of trying. From fondant to French macarons to royal icing, I tried (with plenty of fails in the first few rounds) until I felt confident in it. Here I am now with that confidence growing into this amazing new adventure!
Mission
I take an artistic approach to delicious flavor. In combining artistic design, an eye for detail, and quality ingredients, I create some of life’s sweetest moments that are almost too pretty to eat.
